Michael Mahboub commenced his real estate career at the age of 19. He has obtained his Real Estate License and is a Registered Valuer. Sarah joined VIBE full time in February 2011. She graduated from Hawkesbury High School in 2007 and has since completed a variety of courses including her Certificate of Registration. Sarah has lived in the Hawkesbury all of her life and knows the area well. Recently purchasing her first home in Bligh Park, has given Sarah a better understanding of how stressful the process can be for a first home buyer and because of this she aims to make each sale as stress free and positive for both the vendors and the purchasers. Sarah enjoys the variety that each day brings working in a busy real estate office and is looking forward to having a successful and rewarding career at VIBE.

Kath has always had a passion to deliver exceptional customer service & she feels it is her personal duty to make sure that each and every client feels welcome & satisfied. With a friendly, approachable & positive attitude she is always willing to help out as best she can. After completing a four-year apprenticeship in Hairdressing, Kath decided to take a break and try out something different. Having always had an interest in both administration work & real estate, when the opportunity to work for VIBE came up, she decided to take it and hasn’t looked back. She is currently studying a Certificate lll in Business Administration, which will help her to gain the skills needed for her position at VIBE. Kath is enjoying her job as the company’s Receptionist and is looking forward to having a successful and rewarding career at VIBE.

Maddy has lived in the Hawkesbury for over 6 years and studied for her School Certificate at Arndell Anglican College. Maddy has always had an interest in the real estate industry and it is growing stronger every day. She has been working within the industry for over two years but her priorities changed when she had her daughter, Mia. Maddy enjoys learning new things every day and will endeavour to become a Property Manager in the near future. She is currently completing her Certificate of Registration and doing on the job training to receive her Certificate III in Property Services.
